Senior Manager Human Resources (Role Organization Development)
Location – New Delhi
JOB SUMMARY
This position is meant to provide support in the area of development of
human resources, talent management, staff motivation and morale and
staff relationships. Staff development starts right at the outset with
the recruitment and induction of the right kind of `talent' in
the right place.
Indicative Role Description
1. Workforce Planning & Budgeting.
2. Identifying talent gaps.
3. Recruitment: Develop internal capacity to determine the
positions required in the new structure, (and in light of project
closures), analyze the positions within the overall structural
framework, and define the competencies required for these positions.
Suggest and enforce ways of addressing gender and diversity issues
within the organization.
4. On Boarding
1. Training & Skill development.
1. Managing Change: Take a strategic role in managing change
associated with organizational evolution. Help address emerging staff
issues due to the transition process and project closures sensitively
and empathetically. These will include, stress management,
lack of motivation, low morale, job insecurity and uncertain
future. Support in managing individual staff issues through
counseling, etc., that may be required on an individual case basis

2. Succession Planning.
3. Manpower & Leadership Development
Qualifications & Experience
Qualifications: Master's degree in a field with relevance to the
position such as behavioral science, psychology, social work, sociology,
human resource management, organization development MBA(HR), PGD in
Human Resources from leading Institutions.
Experience: Around 8 years of experience in handling gamut of HR
responsibilities in professional organizations. Prior experience of
managing transition/change is desired. Relevant experience from Social
Sector will be an advantage.
With relevant qualifications & experience interested candidates must
have strong appreciation of & motivation for career in social sector.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Must
have significant and proven writing skills.
