- Provide analytical thought leadership in developing innovative, actionable, and implement able predictive, behavioral and financial business tools and solutions to drive profitable growth for consumer and corporate financial service business globally.
- Provide analytical thought leadership in developing innovative, actionable, and implementable predictive, behavioral and financial business tools and solutions to drive profitable growth for consumer and corporate financial service businesses globally.
- Provide innovative thinking in driving analytics in a non-traditional manner.
- Research latest technique and tools to continuously enhance the discipline.
- Develop process and provide training to junior modelers overseas.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to junior modelers overseas to improve quality of work products delivered.
- 10 - 15 years or more experience in analytics, with financial industry experience preferred
- Advance degree in Mathematics /Statistics /Operations Research.
- Overseas experience is an added advantage
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork attitude.
- Strong influence skill. Demonstrated proficiency in leadership in a matrix structure.
- Strong experience on SAS, Analytics, Regression, Statistical Modeling, SQL, Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, CHAID, ARIMA, GARCH, SPSS, risk analytics, marketing analytics
