Ernst and Young, Doha-Qatar is recruiting for a *Manager* position in
Business Advisory.
Requirements are
- A Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in
Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, MIS (business perspective)
- A *minimum of six years experience in providing advisory services* in
the finance function and other operational areas that impact the finance
function (e.g., order to cash; procure to pay; close to report; budgeting
and planning; shared services/outsourcing)
- *PMP/Prince 2 Certification*
- *A minimum of 2 years project management experience in Business
consulting /advisory projects.*
- Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life
cycle of current state assessment and Target Operating Model (Process,
Organization Structure, Policies and procedures)

- Experience in program management for large-scale business
transformation projects and programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (and know when to
lead and when to follow)
- Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction
to team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An ability to think outside of the box, and thrive on new challenges
- A demonstrated record in driving revenue within existing clients and in
developing new prospects at the "C" level of Fortune 500 companies
Preferred profile:
1. Big4 Experience/Global Consulting firm experience in Process
Engineering, Business Strategy and Transformation, Polices and procedures
development etc.
2. PMP/Prince 2 Certification,
3. Strong 3- 4 Years project Management Credentials in Advisory space.
4. Knowledge of Leading ERP (SAP, Oracle etc.)
