- Developing recommending and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives

Candidate profile: MBAs with 12-20 years excellent experience in HR. Must have worked in SAP/ERP environment.
2.Manager/Sr.Manager-
The position involves independently handling ER/IR of the organisation and assisting the GM in HR matters. The incumbent will be responsible for smooth running of the company's operations and maintaining harmonious industrial relations, driving initiatives for increasing employee engagement and productivity. Will also be responsible for identifying and introducing progressive IR policies and systems in the company. The incumbent would also support people process improvements, recruitment, team HR goals and also drive certain Change Management Initiatives to transform the organization
Candidate Profile: MBA/PG in HR with 7-12yrs of relevant experience. Must have experience in IR work and should have at-least signed one settlement. Must have knowledge of labour laws, long term settlement, Case Laws; experience in Domestic Enquiry, Disciplinary Action; exposure in Recruitment; negotiation skills, very good interpersonal relations; skills in driving change initiatives and employee engagement initiatives
